I found this really helpful with sleeping, I have two small children and it just helped me drift off into a very comfortable sleep,not knocked out could wake easily if the kids woke during the night an woke up feeling great really refreshed. I used the 300mg drops three times a day. It works pretty fast as well within 2 days I was having great sleep.
