i generally buy 3 10ml hempture hemp oil in the bottle with the dropper as i find it makes administration easier. it has a sour taste, like tree sap so i usually put it in a drink if one is to hand, if not i put it on my tongue.
this remedy has given me a new lease on life. i have managed to taper off ssri which were giving me horrible akathisia and the brain zaps. i haven’t tried any other brands but i am happy with hemptures products. I don’t use it as much as i did, used to use it twice a day, now once a week does me. it helps calm me down whenever i get a panic attack. it’s fast acting which is also useful.
I was sent hemp seeds which i understand are legal to own, though i fear to grow them. i will probably make a tea out of them instead, which shouldn’t annoy the authorities too much.
