I am ordering from helpture for quite a while as a retail outlet.
We are very happy with both the service and the quality of the products. They sell themselves after customers have tried then for the first time and always come back for repeat purchases. We also had an issue with a product that we had ordered by accident and the company had no hesitation about arranging the return and credit/refund of the purchase and organised for their courier company to come and pick up for return. Emails always answered promptly by Jess.
I find their prices very competitive and the quality versus the price is very fair compared to other companies that sell similar products so for that reason we would pick hempture over others first.
If you order one day the order will be delivered within 48 hours usually.
We would recommend them to any new customers. The website is user friendly and easy to access.
