I bought the cream and patches for my wife to help with her aches and pains. The cream works very well for her and eases both her hand and shoulder pains whilst the patches extend the relief when used together. I would recommend anyone to try Hempture products as they do work (we were sceptical at first until trying). We have also tried the under the tongue drops but my wife is not so keen on these (although they did seem to work).
