Unfortunately the vape kit was faulty but that’s a manufacturing issue, not Hempture’s fault. I had no problem getting a replacement.
Otherwise, I like everything about Hempture. The only small thing I would have an issue with is that the packaging is sometimes excessive and seems a bit unnecessary. Maybe if packaging was reduced the savings could be reflected in the prices?
